Graham is the Chair of the Coalition Jobs and Business Committee, and was appointed to this position in 2015.

Throughout most his life, Graham has worked with and for small business. At age fourteen he started work in a hardware store. He was then the owner and operator of a mobile phone store in the late 1990s, at the start of the mobile phone boom. In 2002 he started his next small business, “Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner”, a carpet cleaning business. Graham ran this successful business until just before he entered Parliament.
